Rhino Crashes Editing Nested Blocks

As the topic title. If I double click a Block, then select (even with a single click) any further Block within it on the Block Edit list, Rhino freezes; eventually the entire screen goes a pale grey. The only way out is to kill Rhino in Task Manager.

In order to edit any of the nested blocks within I have to Explode the top level Block first, make the required edits, then recreate the Block assembly.

Is there any workaround for this?

Hi Matt- better send me an example- that should of course not happen. I wonder if linked blocks are nested into embedded ones or something.

I’ll mail it to you. All of the blocks are embedded, so it should work at your end.
