These problems are almost always caused by disk-space cleanup tools like CCleaner. I strongly encourage you to never use them, as they’re aggressive and delete things that actually do matter. The first thing to do is to uninstall all version of Rhino you have on your computer. Some will fail, but others may succeed. Then, use use Microsoft’s tool to fix programs that don’t install or uninstall. Follow the wizard’s steps through the “cannot uninstall” path, and look for anything related to “Rh…
