Hello,
I am testing a new Rhino 8, particullary, its ability to create a drawing from section.
I modelled a simple house, but I can create only one drawing, while others are invisible.
I also have problem with the visible section: it shows lines which should be hidden. Here we have a facade of the house:
And here we have drawing created from the section. The lines pointed by purple arrow should be not be visible.
In general, I want to model a building in 3D, then create automatic elevation drawings. I am sure I am not the first one, but I struggle to achive my goal so I am asking for help.
I would be grateful if someone could help me/answer these questions:
- Why new drawings are dissapearing right after creation? I am placing them right next to the building and I can’t see them in the entire perspective view so I think they are not created somehow (even though they appear in the layer list)
- How to hid invisible lines in the section drawings? In “make2d” command there was such an option.
