Clipping Drawings Erratic Results

Hi,
I am using Rhino as a “Digital Sandbox” for my Village Planning practice.
I have just set up a “Section Elevation” using “_ClippingSections”.
The idea is to show the section cut throgh the planned road while showing the elevations of the
buildings in the street. The Clipping Section has a depth limited to 25 meters, so only the
houses on the street front are actually shown.

I am showing this in perspective as this represents the result I am aiming for in the 2D “Section Drawing”. The Model covers a lot of ground, and the ClippingSection obviously returns a lot of un-necessary information (2nd Picture).

However, When I create a 2D drawing using “_ClippingDrawings”, the result is a chaotic mess of misplaced graphics… Nothing like what I was expecting. It is obvious that the command
places the “Section Cut” in one place, and the “AddBackground” information is offset and out of sync with the Section Cut.
