Rhino 8 - Searchbox Filtering

Hello All,

II feel frustrated with the inconsistencies of utilizing realtime filtering using the new search boxes.
1- The Layers Filtering, Although it feels great to see it available on the Layers Panel, it is missing from the a) Current Layer Dropdown list and b) SelLayer Command.

The Expected Behavior to have some sort of consistent ability in SelLayer and the popup menu.

2- Linetypes Filtering:
The Linetype Panel is Missing this functionality, although I just started using the feature, I find myself lost trying to look for a specific linetype:

3- Selname Dialogbox: in some projects, we end up with hundreds of objects and it is a good practice to be able to filter through them.
