Rhino 8 problem?

my Rhino 8 desktop has “frozen” and clangs a bell on any and all selections made in the desktop except the layers box??? operator or did I stumble into a mine field …….

Please try pressing the Win + Tab keys to see if any Rhino-related pop-up windows are being hidden.

Are all three Rhino windows in your screenshot showing this issue? Is one of them currently running the BlockEdit command?

thanks for your continued efforts to solve the problem! one of the windows (ie: Rhino 8 processes) was running normally and was terminated leaving two “bell ringers” for all left and right attempted selections… about time to shut down the machine and start over??
