Rhino 8 Panel docking to bottom fails

Hi,

I just tried to move to Rhino 8 and when I dock the Osnap panel to the bottom as I always had it, half of the screen is used by the it!? Moving the Viewports back does not work.
Also docking the panel to the left is not really working!

Any advise?

Just updated to (8.5.24044.18001, 2024-02-13)
Still the same!
