I have a DWG sample that contains a bunch of blocks. For some reason, Rhino is not able to import all the block instances. Any hints?

I tried to save the DWG file to older versions (2010 and 2013) but it didn’t work. If I explode the blocks, Rhino imports them all. However, I would like to keep them as blocks since I need their planes to be read directly in Grasshopper.
