everything looks OK.
Safe mode runs without the video drivers and plugins.
The video driver isn’t old but would a good idea to check for an update and do a clean driver install (available in the installer in the custom mode)
a couple of things to try:
Repair your microsoft redistributables.
the repair option can be found here..
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Right-click Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable and choose Repair.Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x86)
