Does it open in Safe mode (search Windows start for Safe mode)

Try repairing your Microsoft redistributables, these can get messed up with windows updates or installing other software on occasion.

everything looks OK. Safe mode runs without the video drivers and plugins. The video driver isn’t old but would a good idea to check for an update and do a clean driver install (available in the installer in the custom mode) a couple of things to try: Repair your microsoft redistributables. the repair option can be found here..
