Wirecut tool creating shading issue. not everytime but sometime.

actually it is creating single surface here, although dont know the reason for that

I’m not seeing that here with your file. Are you sure you haven’t accidentally set CreaseSplitting=Disabled ?

Hmm, no, even doing that here does not produce a single creased surface.
