Rhino 8 & 9 BETA layout is scaled when printed to Rhino PDF

When printing from a layout to Rhino PDF I get the following:

Print Setup

Rhino PDF result. Red is measured in pdf, black is measured in Rhino

Test Rino 8.3dm (3.2 MB)

Layout.

I must have some sort of setting messed up but I can’t figure out what it is. Please help.
