ViewCaptureToFile failing to export shaded (ambient occlusion)

I’ve been working on this file for a few days and suddenly ViewCapturetoFile is only exporting flat shaded.

I tried restarting Rhino with no help. Before an hour ago it was fine.

The only change is I did some section cuts and did make2d in the same file.

After doing some testing, as soon as I disabled ALL clipping planes (tested with 1, 2, and zero) the render worked again. How wierd.

I reset all the View->Render settings and checked the Render tab and tried on Draft and Regular quality. No difference.

Is there any workaround for this?

I ended up correcting the issue by totally restarting my computer. It’s not the first time that doing a full restart has fixed rendering issues within Rhino. No idea but it must be something in between Rhino Render and the Nvidia Drivers
