Rhino 7 print comes out Blank

hello,
I have been trying to print and view capture to file but it shows up black, I tried updating rhino, windows, saving into a new file and the same issue still exists. Any one know the solution to this?

Can you run SystemInfo in Rhino and post the results here?

I figured it out from this. my graphics cards were disabled for some reason so I enabled them from device manager and updated them and restarted the computer and now it’s working
