Rhino 7 issue with dimensions sizing

I’m working in V7 for the time being. I’ve an issue with the settings for a document as per attached.

Hello - here, InchDecimal has a model space scale of 10, if I change it to 1 it looks OK. I see that on mac V7 this shows as 1 - bug- but if you type1 and exit, it looks ok (here).

Hello- the change you make applies to the one dimension style only.

I’m not understanding your responses. I’m using the settings for the file and for all the dimensions and on opening today the model space scale had changed to 10 rather than the one I’d set it to.

Today, setting it back to one and scaling all worked.
One’s surprised to still be finding bugs in the previous version.
