Model Space Scale doesn't do anything anymore

In V8, I could use Model Space Scale to fix the scale of dimensions. But not in V9. Is there a change to how that works or is it just broken?

That seems to be working fine here.
Could you post a 3dm file and the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command?

Well, it’s working as expected today so I’ll send a file if/when it happens again.
