Did you try script in theses links ? I understand that you don’t want plugin in that case you will have to do the plugin by yourself, because some of the plugin are hard to replace

What would be the best way to patch this?

I have created several polylines based on a voronoi pattern. Each segment has a slight concavity to it to yield a scalloped form. However, I’m not sure what the best manner would be to build a surface between all of these polylines.
