Rhino 7 does not start

Yesterday, I started Rhino 7, but it crashed, and an error report was generated. I tried to reinstalled Rhino, but every time it got an Error information. I need your help because actually I must finish a project.

The error message is:

Rhino.msi-2147023293

I tried to update rhino service packs and other solutions like described in your forum, but nothing helped.

if I search on that, the first link I found hints it’s related to a virus scanner blocking dll’s from being registered. Do you have any virus scanners active? Does Rhino start in safe mode?
