Rhino 7 crashed on Mac OS and I can't open my file anymore

Rhino 7 crashed on Mac OS and I can’t open my file anymore. If I want to open the file again I’m unable to do anything or the file. crashes immediately. What can I do to start working again?

Does Rhino itself start without problems?
You then open your specific file and that works fine but when you then do anything at all - like what? - Rhino crashes? If Rhino starts without problems, please run the SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

Try Importing the 3dm into a new blank file. I wonder if you crashed in Raytraced mode and now that tries to start up when opening the file.
