Rhino 6: properties layout translation wrong

Hi @Joachim_Kuntz,

the translation is wrong now in Rhino 6. It should be “Gesperrt”, “auf Layout”, and “Im Modell”.

@Michael_Meyer This is fixed now with the latest build available (6.9.18248.20391, 05/09/2018).
