Rhino 6 keeps freezing/crashing (used to work fine)

Hi,
a few days ago, I used my rhino 6 (student license) and grasshopper again and I noticed that the program freezes/is extremely slow, e.g. I can´t use number sliders in gh fluently, when i change one variable it takes hours for it to adapt to my new settings. Also, when I tried to save my baked object in Rhino, it signaled “no reply” for hours, then my whole laptop turned off all of a sudden.
I already tried reinstalling rhino6, and even restored my Laptop.
The weird thing is, everything used to work really fine until a few weeks ago, but now I need the program quite urgently for my studies.
Is there anything I can do? I would be thankful for all of your helpful hints!

Here is the result of the command _systeminfo:

it may be worth updating both your intel, and your nvidia graphics card drivers.

download directly from intel and nvidia, and use the custom/advanced option to install, and look for the “clean install” options for the nvidia.
