Rhino 6 constantly crashing!

My Rhino 6 constantly freezes and then crashes everytime I leave my computer for even 5 minutes, or if I stop working on it for a couple minutes… I have hard reset my computer thinking it was a problem with the computer, but the issue keeps happening.

I guess the standard place to start is updating both the video card drivers by downloading the most recent ones from the card manufacturers websites (Nvidia and Intel) However, we have also seen recently that some Windows updates can cause this. If updating the video card drivers doesn’t help (it won’t hurt in any case), then there are some other things to check later…
