Rhino 6 Autoloads an old file every time I start the program

My Rhino 6 has been opening the same file every time I open the program without fail. The perspective view is in rendered mode and it is the same geometry every time. Take a look:

My only guess is that it has something to do with the “Loading Rhino Render, version 1.50, Aug25 2020…” But I am not sure.

Any help would be appreciated!

Please check your Rhino Options > Files > Template files > Default setting.

Somehow I had saved over a default template. Thanks for the help
