Rhino 6.19 - layout bugs

When text is made in a layout viewport and it is selected, the text is invisible because its highlighted color is always white. Changing highlight color in Options does not help.

Another bug is illustrated in the attached Rhino model (detail layer bug.3dm). All details disappear when “ring stand mesh” layer is turned off.

Text on a layout is highlighted in the Selected Objects color here:

I don’t know what could cause it not to do that on your end.

Another bug is illustrated in the attached Rhino model (detail layer bug.3dm). All details disappear when “ring stand mesh” layer is turned off.

Your details are on the ring stand mesh layer. Turning that layer off will therefore also hide the details.
