Rhino 6.15 crashes on Windows 10 version 1903

Hi,

I’ve made a clean installation on my laptop in order to install Windows 10 1903 , after this I’ve freshly installed Rhino 6.15.19164.21011, 6/13/2019 without any plugins, and it seems it crashes every time I open it and after start clicking random buttons and then the crash window appears to ask me if I want to send the crash report even on the first try.

I need your help!,
Thanks in advance!.

Does it start in safe mode?

Crashes on startup is most likely a video driver issue
@marmacoolo I would definitely first try to update your NVIDIA driver to the very latest

it’s not crashing on safe mode
NVIDIA 430.86 is the latest version

Maybe one version older then. Make sure to do a fresh install, in other words make sure that you fully remove the driver first before installing the new

Update 1:
I completely uninstalled NVIDIA driver from my laptop and installed several previous versions and it didn’t work!, Rhino still crashes,

Update 2:
I reinstalled Nvidia driver to the latest version, but I uninstalled Intel HD graphics driver, so right now my laptop only runs with the dedicated graphics card, desktop is not looking great and it’s so laggy, but apparently Rhino didn’t Crash!.
I’m gonna figure out what’s going on with Intel driver and will post an update here.

Hey but now I look back: your intel drivers were from 2016(!)

yes, I tend to downgrade the intel driver because the latest driver make my external monitor not working at all!
Anyway, I installed the latest driver of Intel HD graphics and gave up on my external monitor and everything is fine now, Rhino and other programs are not crashing.

Thank you so much for helping me out Gijs.
