I am using Rhino 5, 64bit, on Samsung 7 Chronos with Windows 8.1. I am experiencing this display issue, it makes rhino nearly unusable.
Model is not far from origin, I tried to copy model to the new file, it does not help. I think it started with update to SR10. It is probably driver issue… I noticed that Rhino does not see the same driver as I have installed on my system.
I tried to re-install driver several times, it does not help.
Are you seeing this just on this one file? To me it looks like there could be something way off in space. I know you said you had tried to copy and past into a new file, but the offending thing might be grouped, or could be a control point way off in space. I would start by doing a zoom extents (ZEA), if you jump way back in space you might get an idea of where the offender is. You can also try hiding half the model, if the problem persists, hideSwap to see if has gone away. If it has, hideSwap back, then hide half of what is remaining, and keep repeating until you find the problem.
Your AMD drivers are buggy. Here’s a support page link to details for finding, downloading, and installing an older driver from before when AMD introduced the problem.
So far they aren’t doing anything about it. http://wiki.mcneel.com/rhino/5/video/troubleshooting/amd/radeon
