Does Rhino create any logs? Is there somewhere to look at them?

It’s a troubleshooting tool that blocks OpenGL graphics and plug-ins from loading. Either of which can keep Rhino from starting.
The problem is the same in safe mode. Rhino doesn’t start.

(Add or remove programs > Rhino > Modify > Next > Repair)
