Rh8/WIP bug - Ordinate dimension does not change style

Bug: When defining the style while the command is active, the style change is applied only on the next use of the command, and not during the active command which is the assumption

Steps:

  1. Create an Ordinate dimension and choose a different style than what is currently active. The Ordinate dimension is created with the previous style.
  2. Create a new Ordinate dimension. This time the style is correct.

This affects WIP as well.
