I am attempting to cut this site model I imported from rhino using rhinoinsiderevit, however Revit is not filling in the cut for one of the objects. It is closed in Rhino and cuts fine when i import it as a family.
I have attached the rhino file if you want to try importing it yourself.

UPDATE: Working with it in Grasshopper and trying to import using a direct iobject (geometry) node, I get the following warning

We are still held to the Revit tolerances when creating or importing geometry
The best way to get in geometry that Revit doesn’t like is the Add DirectShape component. Which tries several ways to get the geometry imported, ideally as Revit Geometry, the last attempt is the Sat conversion, as you can see in the error.
