Read Excel Error Message using Legacy Read Excel?

It has been a few months since I ran a GH routine that uses Read Excel (Legacy), but today it is refusing to gather data from the excel file. This is the error message from the Out connector of the Read Excel (Legacy) component:

Can anyone parse what this means for me?

Thanks. In the end I restarted the laptop, and everything started working again. I have no idea what the issue was, but it must have been related to Windows, not GH.
