R9(WIP) - Annotation Leader (bugs)

Hello,

in Rhino 9 (WIP) it seems that only no frame and rectangular frame option for annotation leader is working correctly.

  1. Arrow line to text position for Capsule, Circle, Square, Diamond, Triangle, Hexagon, Hex capsule and Rounded rectangle frame is always in the middle.
  2. Size of the Capsule and Hex capsule frame is much bigger (compared to rectangular and rounded rectangle frame with the same mask margin value). Position is also different.
  3. Circle, Square, Diamond, Triangle, Hexagon frames are text content unaware.
  4. Export to dwg (2018. Natural) is losing mask, mask margins and frame around text data for all leader types with active mask.

Hi Teo -

I’ve put the first three items on the list as RH-88699 Annotation: Text Frame Alignment and size

I’ve added this thread to RH-71423 Leader “Frame around text” and Mask Settings Not being Exported to DWG
Thanks,

Hi Wim,
trying to move or copy these is giving me some strange scaled-moved text and hatch preview.
Thanks

Hi Teo -

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste its output here.
