The file you posted does not look like that image and does not contain a “Millimeter Large” annotation style.

Hi Wim, sorry—I’ve now added the correct file to the original post.
Regarding this bug, as far as I can see, Rhino 8 generates
a larger capsule frame than Rhino 9 Beta (R9 looks correct to me).
Also, in Rhino 8, the leader extends inside the capsule across all options, which shouldn’t happen.
