Leader Frame Around Text issue

Is it possible to improve the leader line attachment to the label frame?

1. I’m able to rotate the leader text by applying a special annotation style. The issue is with the leader line endpoint:

• When the label frame is rectangular, the leader line does not snap/attach to the border of the text frame.

• When the label frame is capsule/rounded, the leader line stick through inside the frame.
  

  

• Similar problem apply for leader with horizontal text alignment

  

2. Also, I’ve noticed that adding the leader landing line resets the annotation style back to the default. The style itself isn’t being changed, this seems to happen automatically as soon as the leader landing line is added.

I’ve just tested this in Rhino 9 WIP. The behavior appears to be improved for some frames, but not for all.

Also, would it be possible to add a secondary line of text under the frame in a future update? Something like below.
I think it’s quite common in technical drawings to label objects this way and include additional technical information below.
