Due to the triangle I think I would build the topology by hand.

It is a part of a wing chair I have constructed in rhino and shall export as meshes for a visualizer.
How would you construct it by hand? Thought it would be easier to quadremesh the thing. But maybe I just export it as normal meshes.
Why not TriRemesh?
Do you need a quad mesh?
Find it cleaner topologywise. Also for SubDing it.
Also as you see in the image “Mesh” will result in rough big triangles even at highest resolution (command “Mesh”)
So there is no way to make this working?
Try ‘quad count’ with adaptive size 90+% , instead of ‘edge length’ …
Also, the composition of the mesh or beginning entities can have an impact on the outcome.
