Hello- I see that, thanks - looks buggy - try MakePeriodic on that surface, then Pull.
That is not the whole story though - I’m still poking at this.
@whitie925 - , it seems the seam on that surface is not what it looks like, the control points there do not meet up exactly so the seam is not officially closed - how was the surface made? Do you still have the inputs for it?

You are correct. I checked the input curve and it was not " closed ". it just looked closed.
