Hi guys! I’m new to rhino and i have to model this house for a class. I am trying to make this one wall glass and each time I try to change the material it just stays as the default material and won’t become glass!! How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

From you screenshot, it appears that the window object is on layer “210 Decke”. It also appears that you have a “Glass” material applied to layers “Glass” and “Layer 02”. If the object’s settings are to use the layer material, changing the object to one of these layers should do the trick.
