Problem with evaluation version licence


I have the evaluation versión of rhino 6 until febuary of 2019, but i cant open rhino or see the licences under my account.

Please see image below of what appears when i select licences in my account on the rhino website. I already tried uninstalling the program and reinstalling but the problem persists. I have been using the program for 3 weeks and this is the first time i have a problem, no changes have been made to the computer.

Please help as i need to use the program urgently. thank you
