Licence for Rhino 6 evaluation

hey,
i have a licence for Rhino 6 Evaluation that appears to be connected with zoo cloud, eventhough i dont have any. the licence is therefore unable to use for my personal accaunt, where i need it. how can i get rid of the cloud? how can i delete it over there?
