Hello! I am trying to download Rhino 7 Evaluation. I got the download link in my email along with my license key. After the program finished installing in my laptop, I entered my email, but when I put the license key it says that it is not valid or that it has been disabled. I tried adding the license key to my account from the browser onto Cloud Zoo but I keep getting the same message. I do not know what’s wrong. In the email they included the expiration date for January 2022
Hello- keep in mind that you get only one evaluation period. If you have run an evaluation in the past, it will block you from further ones. If that is not the case here, please contact tech@mcneel.com.
