Problem With Closing face Mesh

Hello, Just a little question, I am having problems to close to face of an open mesh, I don´t know how to do it, I need two straight surface (one from each line) to close the open mesh.

PS: If you bake the result, it would be still a bad mesh though, You could use "Mesh repair wizard"in Rhino to turn the bad mesh into a valid one.
