As per the title, R8.10 was the last version where outlines printed correctly in shaded or realistic modes. Print preview shows the correct output, but the actually printed pdf is missing those critical outlines. We have a team using Rhino and have tested with a few others who have already upgraded to R8.11 to confirm. Currently we are relying on those who haven’t upgraded yet to print.

Possibly related; we also have a separate issue that we can make a different post for to address, but in R8.9 onward occasionally the outlines will ‘ghost’ on printed clipping sections:
