I am trying to print out a scaled and dimensioned drawing in Layout with two side by side views. There is no function I can see where I can get the views to be at the same scale or zoom level. Am I missing something?
Layout details need to be parallel viewports, like top, bottom, right, etc. Only then will you be able to enter a scale factor in the appropriate field in the properties window.
You need to activate (click, NOT double.click!) the corresponding view pane, then, in the properties sidebar, there´s the layout detail properties with “Scale” and “Lock”.
