Thank you. I tried moving points to curve with near snap on but its complicated.

If you extrude the curve, you can pull the SubD control points to the extruded part of the surface.

Use Align > ToCurve with the edgeloop selected. Technically this aligns the control points of the SubD edge to the curve but with that many faces it should be close.

I am late to the party, but like Martin said, SubDMatch is a command in Rhino 9 WIP that could help you match boundary edges of a SubD to a curve.
