Poor Viewport and navigation performance

I have recently had a PC built specifically to run Rhino and I am experiencing extremely laggy viewport navigation on all shading types. I am currently running a trial version of Rhino 7 as I wanted to test it out before making the decision to upgrade from Rhino 6. I should add all files I am opening are Rhino 6. I hope someone can help me.

Looks like you’ve been playing with the OpenGL level support. Right now you’ve configured Rhino to use only OpenGL 2.1, which most likely is causing the poor performance.

You may want to reset it back all the way to the right: Tools > Options > Views > OpenGL. Set the slider all the way to the right for max supported OpenGL level. Then restart Rhino and see if that is any better.

Fixed! Thank you Nathan. I don’t remember touching this setting but that has 100% done the trick.
