This issue is not fixed yet.
As you can see, from the attached video, there is an huge difference in graphics performance between Rhino 7 and Rhino 8 WIP.
I don’t know what you have changed in the opengl code but Rhinoceros 7 performs a lot better, super smooth and super fluid on my system.
I don’t know if it’s an AMD driver graphic issue. I use an AMD Radeon Pro 580X with the latest driver. I don’t want to force to install modified bootcamp not official drivers.
All my 3d graphic applications work smooth without any graphic issue.
Also, when working with Rhinoceros 8 WIP, after some minutes, all inputs through the keyboard become sluggish. If I write a text to create a layer or if I want to modify text, Rhino responds very slowly. I have already posted in this forum a video regarding this issue.
