PointsOn for EdgeLoop?

Hi, Is there a way to turn on the control points in a EdgeLoop ?

I have found SelEdgeLoop, but it only selects the edge loop.

I cannot turn on PointsOn for the EdgeLoop only, I can only turn on Control points for the whole SubD surface.

Is there a workaround to select only the control points in a EdgeLoop ?
