Hi all,

Does anyone know why the following script doesn’t work in all locations? In most of them it does but there are locations that simply doesn’t work

For this example i have used the following file but it happens also in other models that i have tested.

Does anyone know why the following script doesn’t work in all locations?

I don’t know why, no. I’ve put it on the list as RH-62377 to be looked at.
You can work around this by using the Brep | Brep intersection component and creating a surface from that intersection.

FYI I can reproduce the same issue in 2 other shapes i tested.

Furthermore, i noticed that when offsetting a curve that has been created from contour command the direction is not consistent.

What @wim suggested above is to use Brep / Brep instead for the time being like the attached…
