I see this has already been requested and wanted to add my voice. I’m using the brep workflow but it limits real-time feedback. I’ve also used the chromodoris mesh curvature approximation grasshopper component on a subdivided subd control polygon. At least this provides some visual feedback whilst modelling. I’d be very pleased if this functionality could be included OOTB.
