Hi Susan - I see that, and I am not sure exactly where is fails but I’m guessing it does not like the miter joints - the exploded pieces will pipe - .185 or there-abouts is the max radius you can use and not have the pipe self-intersect. In any event, in case it helps, I monkeyed with your curve a bit and made a .185 pipe-
