Picture frame fail

trying to trace a plan, but when inserting the image I cnt see it, if i select it i see the borders and the wireframe but thats it. when rendering on the rhino renderer i can view it, also it is shown in the material properties

please help

Hello - please open the Notifications panel (Panels menu) and look for the notification about video driver updates - double-click that and follow along to update your driver. If that helps, please run SystemInfo again and post the results - we’d like to know which drivers work…

Have you tried to import a different file format than .png?
